"a splash of color in a world of darkness"

a colorful, jazzy breakcore fusion album with a sparkly, sentimental side. technically experimental but only in being hard to define. i hope you'll give it a listen to appreciate the scenery.

this sorta morphed into a concept album as i worked on it. i think i tend to have "style phases" which make things like this really convenient to mesh together and connect fluidly. for this, it was sparkly arpeggios and richer, jazzier harmonies. next? time will tell. (probably a mashcore relapse but this time I know how to mix)

for the longest time i've been meaning to listen, but never did. boy, am i glad i finally tuned in last year. the breaks in each individual track are seamlessly mixed in with the other instrumentals, melting into the background at times even! the composition here is just masterful <3 the reverb adds a nice touch to all of the instrumentals because it just sounds so magical, which is fitting for how high quality PLUM TUCKERED is! good job w the features as well, i enjoyed them thoroughly :) Molly
